YMAA teaches these patterns as part of their Push Hands curriculum. The Yin/Yang symbol practice is a wonderful meditation for developing whole body movement and coiling for blocking and sealing; and it is simply a beautiful pattern to practice and to watch. Through a deepening understanding of the angles and flow of the Yin/Yang symbol comes a growing connection within the body, mind and spirit. For those with prior experience we will add and refine two-person Sticking Hands. Not for beginners.
