Started by Master Jou Tsung Hwa at his Taiji Farm in New York, the Gala was originally the Zhang San Feng Festival, the international gathering for teachers and students in this country. Since his death, his disciple, Loretta Wollering and other students have resurrected the festival, hosting an array of prominent teachers. The workshops are delightfully varied and rich with content. Wang Rengang and John Painter are among the notables in recent years.
