Paul & Rosalie DiCrescenzo will host Master Bing (Zhong Xue Chao) again this spring , with workshops in the Boston area, and three events here in Maine. Master Bing will be in Bar Harbor and Rockland- see his schedule- http://www.wudangdao.com/master/. We are please to welcome him back to Bowdoin College for World T’ai Chi & Qigong Day on April 28th, and for two weekend workshops.
At Bowdoin College on Saturday afternoon learn/refine the Dragon Routine from Five Animals Qigong. From 1:30 to 4:00 on the campus main quad. The Dragon Routine corresponds with the Wood Element, and is good for strengthening and balancing the liver energy. This event will be free to the Bowdoin College community. For the general public donations requested for the workshop session (suggested $40/session).
The Sunday session at South Freeport Church in South Freeport. 1:00 – 4:00: Bagua Fundamentals. Sponsored by Paul and Rosalie, you can find out more information, including attendance fee at their website- twodragonspath.com/.
Master Bing travels here from Wudang Mountain, where he received his training and teaches authentic Wudang Kung Fu. We are very fortunate to have him share his skill, knowledge of the internal arts, and his cultural experiences- Wudang Mountain has a reputation as a Taoist spiritual center, made familiar in this country in the movie Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. No experience in T’ai Chi or Qigong necessary for these workshops.
